QUICK RELEASE INTERCOOLER/BOOST CLAMPS

Our quick release intercooler/boost clamps are CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminum and hard anodised with anti-corrosion properties. Supplied with viton O-rings for the optimum seal and a quick release pin mechanism for easy install and adjusting in those hard to reach places.

We manufacture these for high pressure and high heat applications with a max operating pressure of 500PSI and a max heat rating of up to 200 °C there is never a need to worry.

These specially designed clamps will handle anything you can throw at it and will withstand engine flexing, boost movement, vibrations, lateral misalignment within 12 degrees of axial movement.

Each kit includes:-
1 x Clamp (Available in Black, Gold, Silver or teal)
2 x Weld ferrules
1 x internal sleeve in black
1 x quick release pin
2 x Viton o-rings
